What a great day with Roller Derby Victoria showcasing our amazing sport at the Midsumma Festival!

Last week our adults and juniors celebrated the end of training for 2024 in style, with a bit of scrimmage and some incredible festive fashion.

Thanks to our adults for dressing up, and our juniors for giving it your all, as always!

Our adults were also treated to a killer boot camp with Freight Train, learning some new moves that have already been put to work in our Sunday night scrimmage.

Our friends from @kingstoncityrollers @gippslandrangesrollerderby and @diamondvalleyrollerderbyclub also brought great energy to the session, and it was great to have them along! 💜

Thank you to @ahsinity for the amazing session, and to @skatevictoria for allowing us to hold our sessions in The Shed.

We celebrated an East Vic debut today with our skater Winona Fighter taking to the competitive track for the first time at the @gippslandrangesrollerderby Pride Cup!

Tackling all positions and doing it with the utmost style, Winona Fighter scored a bunch of points for their team, helping them end with a win at what was an incredibly special derby event 💜🏳️‍🌈

Thank you to @gippslandrangesrollerderby for hosting such a great event, and to everyone who helped make the day such a warm and inclusive one!
